Your accommodation is a classy mansion which was built in 1888. Our location is quiet but close to the centre of the town. The house is surrounded by our own, big garden. This is the perfect place for you to relax, read and calm down in a peaceful atmosphere.

The mietwerk | hostel is the ideal base for your lake holiday. Lake Constance is in 300 m distance, convenient to reach by foot. The next bathing place is in 10 minutes walking distance.

When you stay with us, your day starts in a relaxed way. After our rich and tasty organic breakfast, you are set up for an active day on Lake Constance.
There are numerous activities to enjoy: surfing, sailing, cycling, culture etc. The products for our breakfast mainly originate from the Lake Constance region and they are high-quality organic products. This is good for our region, for us and probably also for you. Well-ripened and freshly-picked fruits and vegetables taste better, right?

Watch out, Mommies and Daddies! For your little ones, we hold bottle warmers ready, as well as highchairs and baby beds.

As one of few accommodations on Lake Constance, our house is barrier-free. We offer an own barrier-free bathroom, barrier-free double rooms and an elevator for all floors as well as barrier-free usage of common areas and garden.

We feel responsible towards resources and use green electricity. Of course, we also make use of recycled office materials in our daily work.
